You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create Account” after entering your shipping information. Account creation allows you to track orders and save preferences for future purchases.

To ensure prompt processing, we’re unable to modify orders once submitted. You may place a new order and request cancellation of the original if it hasn’t entered processing (within 1-2 business days).

We offer two premium shipping options:
Express Delivery ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with priority handling, tracking, and insurance.
Complimentary Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days via EMS with tracking.

We ship globally except to certain remote areas in Asia and other locations with limited delivery networks. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your address.

Each order receives 1-2 days of careful processing where we personally inspect your timepiece, verify all functions, and prepare it with protective packaging before shipment.

While we provide complete customs documentation to facilitate smooth border crossings, any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient based on local regulations.

We offer a 15-day return policy from date of delivery. Watches must be in unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation for a full refund.

Currently we process returns rather than direct exchanges. You may return your watch for a refund and place a new order for your preferred model.
