Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most timepieces, provided they are:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all protective films intact
  • Accompanied by original packaging and documentation
Note on Limited Editions: Certain collector’s pieces including the 1921 series and specially engraved models may be final sale. Please verify before purchase.

Return Process

Return Shipping

For your convenience, we offer two return shipping options:

  • Premium Return: Pre-paid DHL/FedEx label available for $12.95 (deducted from refund)
  • Standard Return: Self-arranged shipping with tracking (recommended for international clients)

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed with the same efficiency as our 1919 GMT movement:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after return inspection
  • Payment Methods:

    • 7-10 business days for credit card refunds to appear
    • 24-48 hours for PayPal refunds
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error

Exchange Process
