Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Colorado Springs workshop. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most timepieces, provided they meet these conditions:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • All protective films intact
  • Original packaging and documentation included

Important Exception:

Certain collector’s pieces including the 1921 series and specially engraved models are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Please verify before purchase.

Return Process

Our return process operates with the precision of our 1858 Automatic movement:

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the watch using original materials and include all documentation
  4. Inspection: Our watchmakers will inspect the returned item within 3 business days
  5. Processing: Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed

Return Shipping Options

  • Premium Return: Pre-paid DHL/FedEx label available for $12.95 (deducted from refund)
  • Standard Return: Self-arranged shipping with tracking (recommended for international clients)

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed with the efficiency of our 1919 GMT movement:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after return inspection
  • Payment Methods:
    • Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
    • 7-10 business days for credit card refunds to appear
    • 24-48 hours for PayPal refunds

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Exchange Process

To exchange your Cadranox timepiece (e.g., from 1919 DAY to 1919 Torino):

  1. Follow standard return procedure
  2. Specify desired replacement model in your request
  3. Price differences will be calculated and processed
  4. New shipment follows our standard delivery timeline (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx)
